4 programmes for engineering students on vocational apprenticeships

The apprenticeship courses are run in partnership with ITTI Aquitaine, The Institute of Industrial Engineering Techniques.

• Networks and Information Systems Engineering >> ENSEIRB MATMECA
• Embedded Electronic Systems Engineering >> ENSEIRB MATMECA
• Materials Engineering >> ENSCBP
• Structures and Composites Engineering >> ENSCBP

The course takes place alternately between the school and the company with which the engineering student has signed their apprenticeship contract.  As an employee of the company, the apprentice is very much involved in the industrial world during the 3 year course.

How do you join an apprenticeship course ?

The courses are open to holders of a two-year scientific or technical higher education diploma: BTS or DUT

Admission is by a 4-step competitive examination :

• Appraisal of the application form
• Knowledge tests
• Interview
• Search for an apprenticeship contract with a company and execution (you have to be under 26 years old on execution of the contract)
